OSI QUAD MAX is a professional SMP sealant engineered for windows, doors, and siding on residential and light commercial jobs. It delivers +/- 50% joint movement (ASTM C920 Class 50) to handle seasonal expansion and contraction without cracking. The formula adheres to fiber cement, cedar, brick, stone, coated aluminum, vinyl, PVC, stucco, EIFS, wood, and glass for reliable perimeter seals. It applies to wet or dry surfaces, resists bubbling and shrinkage, and can be painted in about 1 hour to speed closeout. Recommended application range is roughly 0F to 140F with a fast 24 to 72 hour cure depending on temperature and humidity. Each 9.5 oz cartridge offers typical coverage at common bead sizes; color shown is Gray 517 (SKU 1642878).
